Le couple s’est pourtant rapidement séparé et Jean-Paul Belmondo a alors mis en vente la villa. Elle a été vendue pour la somme de 700 000 euros. En excellent homme d’affaires n’a donc pas perdu un centime lors de la re-vente de la villa. Bien au contraire, il aurait même fait une plus-value.
